Guiding Robot

The laboratory named Advanced Telecommunications Research Institute International (ART), demonstrates “Guiding Robot” experiments from July 23 to August 31. The place where this experiment is performed is a shopping Ion Takanohara shopping center in Kyoto. When a monitor has IC tag closes to a guiding robot, the robot catches information of your name or nickname. The robot speaks to you, and guides the shopping center. In addition, if you talk with a lot, the robot memorizes you, and it changes way of speaking base on yours talk history. You may be able to communicate with robot. In the future, I can become friends with not only human but also robots?! :O
