Deadly thief

In Myanmar, there are thieves. They steal electricity. While they steal electricity, the power failure break out in the city. Sometimes, it last for twenty hours. But, some thieves fail. When they steal electricity, they don’t know when electricity return. If they touched at electric wire when it return, they would get an electric shock and die. They challenge “electric Russian roulette”. But they involve some people who don’t have concern with it. One jogging woman killed by stepping a puddle. The puddle touched at electric wire that thieves cut. They disturb many people and commit murder.
