Stress

In Germany, a man who felt stress threw out a computer from a window. Then the police recieved the report. But the police insisted that the man was not guilty. Because the police said that everyone have stresses. So the man ended only he put away remains of the computer. When I heard this news, I was angry. Because I think that the police should deal more severely. If there were some people in the street, some people may injured. I can't believe this decition of the police.
