Hi! My major is business. Today, I hear the news that The Civil War and business relationship. I introduce this story. First, The Civil War started in 1861 in America. Different industry caused this war. In South,Southern pepole made cotton. This cotton export foreign country. Because it was the profit of the southern part to belong to the free trade zone led by the U.K. South expected free trade. But, In North northern people proceed industrialization. Because Protective trade was demanded.And The War is started. During War, American 16th President of United States Abraham Lincoln declare Emancipation Proclamation in 1863. This declaretion is not declare to protect Black slave. It's tactics to win the war. They rob of their land. There are no place to work. They bring from South to North to work in factory worker. The wage is very cheap and bad environment. After all, This is nominal declaretion. In Gettysburg, Lincolon's famous speech "government of the people, by the people, for the people" is I think He said and can intend to protect himself. How do you think?
