NHK subscription fee

NHK announced that they persuade people who don't pay fee for NHK through a summary court. They already did it in Tokyo and Kanagawa, so it will expand to other area. For me, actually I didn't pay fee....sorry. Whenever a staff of NHK come to my house, I pretend to be out! Are you paying for NHK?
