The Seven Wonders of the new World

Recently, the Seven Wonders of the new World were determined. About a hundred million people in the world voted on the various remains through the web site and it seemed to be the biggest one as a online vote. The Great Wall of China, Taj Mahal, Machu Picchu...were chosen, but Kiyomizu temple of Japan was not. The news about this vote was hardly reported in Japan, so I was amazed by this result. I wanted Japanese mass media to pick up this much more. Although it was pity that any Japanese remains were not chosen, I proud Kiyomizu temple was nominated for the Seven Wonders of the new World.
