Misjudge

Mr. Yanagihara had been in porison for violating a woman, but it proved to be misjudgement. The defence pointed out the inaccurate investigation, saying that this is an unjust capture based on a preconception and prejudice. The request of examining the invesigator could not be admitted, therefore it is impossible to retrieve his honor and illuminate the actual conditions of the investigation. I never can forgive false charges like this because the affair would frustrate the person's life. Thus, misjudgement should dissappear.
