China average salary
According to the news, average Chinese salary went up to 4000 gen(64,000 yen). Increace of people who go for work in town and better government support lead better salary this year. However there is still a big gap between rich people and poor people. I felt this big gap when I went to China last summer. There were little number people who have rich cars not like Japan and there are so many people who pester for money like homeless. I was really amazed when I saw a boy who doesn't have both leg and ride normal skateboard as his leg.

I think this problem is too difficult.I hear ODA is not used effectivly, so I think ODA should be syopped. But thinking of the such povety problem, we must do something...
