China likes Japan, but hates at the same time

Chinese newspaper had a questionnaire on likability rating for other countries. Japan was ranked 3rd in "the country you like". However, Japan was also ranked 2nd in "the country you don't like". 12 thousand people in China answered this questionnaire on the Internet. I was surprised that Japan was ranked 3rd in "the country you like". I 've always been thinking that Chniese people didn't really like japan. Of course many people in China dislike Japan, but I was kind of happy when I found out there are also many people who like Japan.
