Elementary Students and Cell Phone
According to the survey by government, elementaly students who have cell phones are better at study than those who don't have cell phones. Government says that is because young students who have cell phones use them when they go to cram school.
On the other hand, children can the Internet more easily and adults site have negative influence on children. Children are really curious, so they have interests in the sites for adults. I think it is impossible for parents to educate children not to watch these sites because the Internet is opened for anyone. People can watch it whenever they want and wherever thay are. So call phones companies need to have some system to save children from problems or accidents.
Whether children should have cell phones or not. This argument will continue.

In the future, I want my children to have celphones because it helpes some acccidents.
Cell phone protects children from dangers. So I want my children to have it to keep them safe. But I will buy it that is controlled not to access to the sites for adult and dangerous sites.
Recently,4 big mobile phone companies such as Docomo reqired costomers who are under twenty to use a service preventing them from accessing the web sites that are harmful to them such as adult site. Considering many crimes related to mobile phones, it is not surprising.
I discussed this problem in one class.
according to the material there are some cell phone which guard children from adult site and so on but it is only kid's cell phone.
