Japan is now in lack of care workers, and many homes for the aged are suffering from a shortage of care workers. There are many old people who are in-home cared and they do need care workers help. People who has license for care worker are not so few, but they are, somehow, not in employment. Owing to this situation, companies even hire migrant workers. Meanwhile there are many young people who are suffering from jobs. Why don’t they work?
