Missing pension records.

The Social Insurance Agency says that it is difficult to identify all of holders of public pension account. According to the latest figures, only about 20 percent of the mystery accounts have been matched to pensioners or still working. Government must work on identification of records up to last one. If the number of people who cannot trust Japanese pension system and stop paying pension increases, this system will collapse. So we Japanese people hope sincere effect of government.

The Social Insurance Agency should solve the probrem of missing pension records as soon as possible. The issue is due to lazy staffs. The Japanese government should reform the agency so that such scandal will not occur.

I think there should be a law which can make the public (civil) sevice and bureaucracy to bear their responsibility. There are many people living frugal life because they can't draw proper pension, while bureaucrary get retirement allowance many times by appointed by orders from above.

I think that thys system doesn't function rightly and is almost collapse. It is because people who build up and support, I mean civilians don't have confidence on it. There are many other factors caused by governments which put us civilians down. When is the time recover their confidence? They should do their best to do.
