New Energy Law

The President Bush signed for the new energy law. This law's aim is to strengthen the regulation against the car mileage. If can achieve, the measure of global warming of U.S.A which is wasting a lot of energy and exhausting the biggest greenhouse gas will get forward considerably. But, Bush and U.S government blamed the California's control of exhaust gas, which is stricter. Although I thought that Bush become great, I was dissapointed when I heard this news.
