"Omoiyari Yosan" was revised.

Dec. 12, as the result of big argument and tough negotiation between Japan and U.S., "Omoiyari Yosan" was revised. At first, Japan wanted America to reduce "Omoiyari Yosan" drastically, but U.S. had been completely and heavily against it. Finally, a very small part of burden which is for the utilities cost of U.S. military bases was cut down. Japan compromised this agreement, because considering America's plan to release the design of terrolism-supporting nation and refuelig mission, Japan may be dengorous situation. I think that Japan pay too much money for "Omoiyari Yosan" every year, and it is clear that the expense has become a big burden of Japan. And also, this money contributes to promote wars, and help to kill people in the world. I hope Japan to be independent from U.S., and to judge the situation without being confused by America's intrigue
