responsibility for your pet

Last night, an old womon who went to walking was lost. She was found in a park with a stray dog. She did'nt freeze to death because she hugged the dog and she got the heat from it. On the other hand, a Tosa-ken bit 84-year-woman and killed her. The dog was not kept strongly and it ran away from his small cage. The owner did not take care of the dog and tack it. The Tosa-ken were always in too small cage for him and not fed enough. He must have been stressed. The dog must feel sad as well as the 84-year-woman. The pet boom is not likely to subside. Owners must have the responsibility to keep livings.

We often hear the news like snake was found at the garden or a alligator in waterway. Many people give up raising their pets when they become difficult to handle. There will be the other way, not releasing them in town. People need to consider more before they buy the pets.
