Sanitation problem

On the 19th of December in 2007, the Uganda authority arrested at least one hundred Ugandan because they didn’t establish a toilet in their house. In the same country, cholera spread. Now 164 people are infected with cholera and 8 people perished from it. I wish Uganda government to take preventive measures against cholera.
