Surrogacy
Now, surrogacy system is not admitted in Japan but in current situation, there are alot of people who are suffering because they cannot have thier own baby. A famous talent Aki Mukai is one of them. She used this system in America so she can get real her baby. This system needs high costs. I think Japanese government should help them for their happiness.

You cannot say this system is good vey easily. Because there are reasons which make Japan not force this system. Both surrogate mothers and clients could have big risks. Both of them could be damaged mentally and physically. If they succeeded, it could be said it is good system, but if they could not succeed, they may face cruel results
