"the world's smallest bear"

The International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources (IUCN, headquarters Switzerland) announced that there was Asian sun bear called "the world's smallest bear" for a crisis of the extinction.　The sun bear is one or more length 1.4 meters. They inhabit the forest to Southeast Asia from the southern part in China. We do not understand the clear number, but 30% decrease at least for the past 30 years, and it is considered to continue decreasing now. It is said that the decrease cause is deforestation and poaching.
