Global Warming

Recently, the issue of global warming becomes more and more serious. Almost of carbon dioxide is exausted by advanced countried such as United States, China, Japan and so on. Of course, India exausts much amount of carbon dioxide. To reduce the amount of CO2, each of the people live on earth have to be concious about it. I think the conciousness of them are very low, now. The global warming is an individual issue rather than a global issue. To stop global warming, reducing the average of the amount of garbage is the most effective solution. What can we do to stop it in other ways?
