Bullying

Recently, bullying at the junior high school and high school is increasing. In my last class, I had a discussion about bullying. Then, we discussed what should we do if we see the situation that someone is bullied. In that discussion, we couldn't get good answer. We thought that we can't stop it directly. If we stop it, we might be bullied. So, I think that I should do even small things. For example, I think that to speak to person who is bullied is small thing, but it is important. Of course, to speak to them is not effective to stop bullying, but I think that I can encourage them a little. Do you have some ideas?
