Organ Donation

I read about circumstance of organ donation in Philippine in the paper. People in Philippine appear to buy and sell own internal organs to money. To sell a couple of parts in own body is normal. For example, eyes and kidney. That's impossible in Japan. Business of internal organs is prohibit in Japan. Which is right? It's difficult to decide about this things. Perhaps people cannot help selling internal organs to save people. But, I cannot help feeling anitipathy about "business". Because , I think that trouble probably comes up when it comes to business.
