Physical Punishment

Physical punishment from parents was prohebitted in New Zealand. This is why that the number of child abuse in this country is more 4 times as many as other diveloped coutries. Physical punishment may be needed to educate children,but serius punshment develops abuse. So,it is natural that the congress prohebit physical punishment. We should consider what we shoul do when we become parents.
