Gun control law

It is Japan here. Though recently I feel increasing what accidents which the criminal has guns.Once it was said that japan is the most peaceful country in the world. But the condition of Japan has been changing.Now we can never affirm our absolute safety,Gun control law no longer has power...I am afraid of a future which admits guns.
