Neate
In Japan, those who do not act as Neate, who don't work, are increasing in number. However, seemingly, the Japanese government will begin a home visit in order to urge independence. I regard this as it being very epoch-making.

I think that it is luxurious not to work. But it is a fact that do not readily make a job concerning the employment.
