Nondestructive Arms

Do you know LRAD? This is arms. But this does't kill people. LRAD attack the person because of sounds. If The person attacked LRAD, he fells a lot of pain on his ear. This arms disposed in battlefield. I think LRAD should be disposed japanese police, because japanese police hesitates shoot criminal. But if japanese police use LRAD, they don't hesitate attack criminal. Then , this decreases useless sacrifice.
