Please push the train!!

It occured the happening which the train can't move in India. One passenger pulled emergency stop lever. But there waren't power line. So, the driver asked to push the train of the passengers. the hundreds of passengers got down , and pushed the train for a hour. This fact is unbelievable! We can't think that in Japan. In the world, there are no safety things.
