Referendum

This month, the referendum method was passed. This method is thing that the people decide the approval or disapproval for the constitutional revision. I think the method is not befofe new. I think that it is a good thing that believes it to all people. However, the problem is not few either. I think that the right is bought by money. I worry about whether the voter turnout rate falls like the suffrage.
