Japanese constitution

The diet decided amending the constitution. The people decide it by the election. The person of 18 years or more have suffrage. But some people say. “It is strange to give them only the right. The diet should give them other rights. ”I think that everybody must be equal before the law. I agree with the opinion. How about you?
