NORTH KOREA

The prime minister of South Korea and North Korea had congress and decided support to North Korea by South Korea. It will cost about over ten billion dollars. I think it makes North Korea more arrogant. All countries should behave more resolutely. Without doing like this many programs,for instance kidnap program and nuclear program, can not solve.
