Public junior high schools in Suginami-ku in Tokyo, starts to offer students an extra classes on night time. Students are able to have classes of cramschools classes for half the price as you usually pay to cramschools. I think its good to give chances to students to experience cramshools, but if regular schools had been teaching them enough, there shouldn't be the need. Also, more activities after school can prevent children from playing outside . I'm worried about the minus effects this can cause to children.
