Death By Overwork.

Dec. 1, the very famous Japanese company, Toyota admitted that the factor of death of Kennichi Uchino who died in 2002 was overwork in the Toyota faoctory. It was turned out that overall extra work time for a month before the death exceeded 100 hours. And company also gave too much burden and depressed him so much, so it is presumed that a lot of mental stress was accamulated in him. I think that it is unbelivable. It is the last thing what people want. Even though Toyota is great company and succeed in the industrial field, I can never say that this is "good" company. All of companies should think workers by priority. Especially, this kind of case is usually happened to low-level workers; not those in company but in factory. I insist that employers should respect the right of workers, and reflect their opinions.

My boss of part time job also work too much. She looks so tired everyday. I think companies have to keep the Labor Standard Law more carefully.
