an electron money
An electron money, such as "Suica" or "PASUMO" was chosen as the greatest goods in 2007. These electron money are really useful and now, many people have one. But there are some problems about it. First, people lose the feelings to use money and they tend to buy a lot. Second, someone steal the IC card and use it for shopping.
Yesterday, the financial government office decided to make the low to save people from problems of electron money. We should give this problem more careful consideration.

I agree with you. Also, I guess electron money can contain the data of owner`s personal information in case of missing electron money (by doing this, owners can be informed when their electron money are found). I think loosing personal information is also the serious problem.
Yes. An electoron money has both a positive and negative effect. It is very useful, but the usefulness makes us to forget that we are spending money. We have to be careful not to use too much money.
