In Japan,plaintiffs in a class-action lawsuit over hepatitis C virus infections refused a new government proposal.Because the government can't compensate all victims . In my opinion the government have to compensate all victims,because life is the most important in the world,and it was big mistake that Japanese government permited to use medicine. So I think that government have to take full responsibility for HCV.
