New Year's Card
Japanese post office announced that they decided to make one hundred million more new yar's card for 2008. This year, they have made 4 bilion cards which is 5.8& increase compared to last year. Japanese post officers are worried that if numbers of cards increse, delivery would be dely so that we have to do something about it. They cal people to mail till on 25st, December and employ 21000 more people to work compared to last year. I think in this era which we can use mail easily it is surprising to increase people who write New year's card. These days, I do not send cards, but this year I would like to write some cards to my friends!!

I think New year's card is one of the most traditional cultures in Japan. Recently,the use of cell phone's e-mail has spread especially to young people. So I was anxious about the decrease of using New year's cards, but your information made me relieved.
I guessed its decrease,but I found it not true. After all, it is bothering to write many cards, but I will feel sad if the tradition has dissapeared.
I think New Years Card is one of good culture of Japan. And I want to keep this culture forever.
I think the New Year's card to be a present.
Therefore I want to send it to many people.
