The plan to limit carbon dioxide emissions of cars
EU showed the plan to limit carbon dioxide emissions of cars. This content is that each maker should cut down to 130gram per 1kiloeter on the EU's average. If they don't achive this purpose, they should pay maney for punishment. And there are many opposite opinions on this plan because they have bad effects of profit, so this plan will be modified.

I think that it is good plan for earth.And Japanese companies have great technique to make eco car.So I expect that japan also think those plan.
