The difference of light between Japan and America

In Japan, if you go into office or house or any shops , there are fluorescent lights which we said "keikoutou". They make strong light and it give us the sight. In the otherside, in America , there are also fluorescent lights . But indirect illumination which like a light bulb is usually they use. A light bulb is lighting softly than a fluorescent lights. I think that you will use a light bulb (indirect illumination) is better for you. Because it has the power which will be relaxed you. If you want healing, you must change the light fluorescent lights to a light bulb!
