International Relationships

The special law , the anti terrorism measures law, was invalidated on November 1st. This law allowed Japanese ships to refuel foreign vessels in the Indian Ocean engaged in the U.S. So the U,S goverment says "We hope Japanese ships keeps providing fuels". In Japan some said we should keep our status as peace country, keeping the ninth article of the Constitution, and others said this special law was efective for Japan to maintain good relationships with other countries. I think both ideas are important points, and it is important for us to think how to make relationships with other countries, especially with the U,S.
