Dirty river
According to news of web, Thames river sticks by the dirt now. So, the volinteers of the city started to clean the river. And, empty bottle, the tools of constructure, plastic bag and so on were dug up in the river. Surprisingly, the pistol also was dug. These garbages were littered by heartless pepole. I had seen such a people in my university. If such a peoplie disappered, river and university probably become cleanly, beautifully.

I agree with you. I think we can keep the river more clean with more sympathy.
I would often go fishing in the river with my family or friends when I was a child. In other word, I grew up with the river in my hometown. After I have grown up, there are few opportunities to go to the river to play,but I sometimes go to there as a volunteer. And I clean up the river with people of my hometown. Because I want to show my gratitude to the river. Let's clean up the river as a menber of residents in your hometown.
