Is This Disney Land?
Recentry, New amusement grounds opened at Pekin Beijing, China.
This park has a big castle.
It's looks like Cinderella's castle.
What's more, There are Big thunder mountain, Splash mountain, and so on!
In the parade, There are a lots of character, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck...
But accoding to responsible person, "This is not Mickey Mouse, That's cat which has big ears!"
It's rough excuse. They like childlen.
Moreover, There are thin Doraemon, miserable Hello Kitty.
Why Chaina goverment notice this park to stop copy?
Because, Surprisingly, this land are managemented by Chaina goverment!
In Chaina, copyright is hardly signficant.
Also, in Korea, it is hardly signficant too.
Do you know HI-CHEW? It is Morinaga's goods.
But, Korean company is selling "MY-CHEW"
MY-CHEW is copy of HI-CHEW.
Morinaga accuse Korean company.
But Korean court decide that MY-CHEW is not copy, Morinaga feel MY-CHEW is threat, therefore they accused.
When Copyright has a power?

I was also surprised when I watched on "Tokudane" this morning. Though I also wrote the same thing in the blog, I think that the management of the intellectual property right of China is very loose. And you also think that that Doraemon is feelings bad, don't you?.
