A new law on education starts in 2009. It concerns educator. When this law starts, teachers should update the license. Recently, because the educator had the problem, Prime Minister Abe proposed it. But is it correct answer? I don't think so. The child also has the problem. Children's parents accurately have the problem. There are a lot of parents who do not admit child's wrong.
