Last week, the bill that owner of pets must have the pet receive the operation to prevent conception was passed at California. I think this problem is very difficult. Pets might become happy for receive the operation. But animal have right to live seems to be an animal. I don't know human be permitted this. Such an ethical idea are variously for human . The government shouldn't judge it. If owner have love for ther pets, I think both to be acceptable the pet have receive the operation or not.
