Play with fire

Today, a child of a fifth grader was guided. Because this child played with fire at the Takadano-Baba apartment. Two-third of the apartment first floor there was burnt down. The police judged that a child set fire because the act was reflected in a security camera. I think this child is fortunate. Because I think this child doesn’t know the difference between right and wrong.
