Norway suggests a new plan

Norwegian government suggested a new plan about environment to congress. It said that the abolition of oil-heater and they would increase a rate of bio-fuel by 2010 to become "zero- discharge country". Not only them, it also said they would give grants for nature-energy dealers, a plan about reclamation of forests, a car tax and abolitation of products which could recycling. Though Norway is third place in countries that export oil and nature gas, they commute domestic power demands into hydraulic power. I think Norway is a good country because it thinks about environment very much and not only talking but also showing a specific plan. All developed countries should also decide what their countries can do for environment.
