In Shanghai, get number-plate is very expense. It cost more than a small car. The number-plate came under the hammer, and average of contract price is about 8000 dollar. The annual income is about 1000 dollar, so most of Chinese can't buy nunber-plate also a car. I think, in China, it has a cleavage in society between rich and poor. I watched like these in TV, and I felt saddly.
