Reproduction of Panamanian sea
Panama Canal connects the Caribbean Sea to the Pacific Ocean. It is important very worldwide. But it is sewage disposal rate 0 percent. Japan decided on the project that constructed the sewage plant in Panama. The cost is 19 billion 371 million yen.This is very wonderful.I want the government in Japan to spend money also on a domestic problem.
