hot or wet?

The other day, news tell us Tokyo is rainy season. But recently, Tokyo is not rain. Cauce of this phenomenon is "La nina" phenomenon. this is sea temperature felling disorder near the equator. "la nina" is draw very hot summer. I don't like rain. therefore that is good. But an area where has no water wish rain.Wet summer or very hot summer, if I have to choose from two, I choose very hot summer. Granted that wet one, summer is hot.
