A great demand for doctors

Now Japan is faced with a great want of doctors, especially in countryside. So the government decided to send doctors to hospitals in Hokkaido, Iwate, Tochigi, Wakayama and Oita. The reason of this problem is the tendency of working for big hospitals in city. And also obstetrician and pediatrician are few because the lisk(many suits) and hard of work keep away from being them. So many measures are taken. For example, universities establish the system the duty of being a local doctor, big hospitals send doctors to small hospitals, government support the women who worked as a doctor to return to their job. The doctors are essential for us, so this problem should be discussed more.
