Teaching

I work as a teacher at cram school. I teach English and Japanese. All students are junior high school students. They are young and very energetic. Most students like English and, they are always interested in new English words and grammars. When I see their bright eyes, I can remember my junior high school days. I also loved reading text book. I don't want to forget the intention. Of course, some of my students don't like English. It worries me. They don't like English because, they can't read the words. they also think that they can live without speaking English. I want to tell them that studying English is fun. But how to do it? I'm now seeking the way. If you have any advice to me, please tell me!!
