Nuclear power plant

I'd like to talk about Nuclear power plant. I researched about nuclear power power plant for writing report recently. There is a lot of this power plant in Japan. But they cause many accident. For example, MONJU, TOKAIMURA like that. Do you remember? Some people who research nuclear power worry that danger of nuclear power. I think that problem is human moral and skill who dealing with nuclear. Government must educate technician, this is my opinion. Do you think about Nuclear power plant? Danger or safety?
