Volunteer activities

Have you ever joined any kinds of volunteer activities? I have participated in planting flowers activity. I planted many kinds of flowers at the street. At first, I didn't like the activity, because I didn't like insects. There are many bugs in soil. When I began to dig the soil, I saw insects. I was very surprised them, and cried. But I got accustomed to them, because they didn't harm me. Finally, I could enjoy the activity. I also understood that human and other animals live together. By participating some activities, we can find some important things.
